Hi – I’m Amy Francis…

I have a passion for quality food,
presentation and pleasing diners.

I offer high quality (and affordable) catering services for weddings and special events throughout the Dordogne and Charente. I also  provide a local delivery service within 50km of Riberac for my gourmet freezer filler meals – Ideal for gite owners and home dining.

After summers spent cooking high level cuisine aboard luxury hotel barges in Burgundy and winters in Scotland in castles and shooting lodges, I moved to London where I worked as a Royal Chef (for the Duke & Duchess of Gloucester in Kensington Palace), Head Chef for a Hedge Fund company in the City of London and Private Chef in Belgravia. All of which gave me the opportunity to further develop my love for food and my skills in the preparation and presentation of cordon bleu cuisine. Now I’m living in South West France, and I provide personal chef services. In addition, I offer catering services for weddings and other special events through my company “Chez Amis”
